So Ive been craving the Ark techno tip for some time now and I finally jumped on the offer 2 weeks ago when they were running the sale. When I got it in, it looked amazing in every way and everything was as promised from Ark.
Fast forward to yesterday...
...I went to my local tuning shop (performance race solutions in sanford, fl) and had them toss it on for me. So they did just that. And immediately we were all amazed how great the fitment was and how nicely it was made. Then the epic failure...we started the car. And guess what...that damn thing is AS QUIET AS STOCK!!! Needless to say Im very disappointed in this exhaust and it seems to do nothing but drone inside the car and sound bone stock outside. It was a $1000+ asthetic rear end upgrade and im seriously going to be concidering selling it.
Ark, Im beyond disappointed in the products tone and I dont suggest this as a worthwhile $1000+ investment to anyone in the market for a catback.

and how about the performance gains?
Well, Im glad you asked. Put it this way, my car made 179whp at PRS then we installed the exhaust (20 mins later on the same day) and it made a wonderful 164whp. So yeah, it was a huge waste of my hard earned money for pretty tips and a loss of 15whp
