I wanted to thank the Socal crew for years of good meets, laughs and great people. I was going through some tough times, and several people opened up and offered to help; it means a lot.
Anyway, I'm in Pittsburgh, PA for about a year then who knows what's next. Just staying positive and letting the chips fall where they may.
I'll miss you guys (no homo)

DAMN SHAWN you left already bro? Too bad we couldn't get together to throw you a going away for a year or so meet. It's great to hear you're going out there. Hopefully you will enjoy being there and actually think about what you want to do for your future. Glad you'll be able to finally relax and not have to deal with too much shit. LOL wow I never check this thread but was curious after I saw a few modded Acuras at the 76 gas station on South n Pioneer ~10:15pm. Was that the folks from Five Guys? You guys were just leaving the gas station as I passed by..clean rides!

damn.. just got pulled over for going 50mph in the carpool lane.. lmao
i was on my way to my friend's apt in long beach and knowing the 605.. there are so many bumps and dips so my plan was just to cruise it there doing 50mph. i start out from the slowest lane and move on to the fastest lane while still maintaining 50mph.
next thing you know.. a police cruiser pulls up behind me and follows me.. i decide to move to the carpool lane to see if the lane there is smoother.. and i had a passenger.. so why not.. there were no cars in front or behind me either. merge onto carpool lane, he follows me. merge back onto the fastest lane, he follows me too so i knew something was up. i switch lanes one more time over. he lines up with me and looks at me.
next thing you know, the lights go on. i pull over. i was calm throughout the whole situation cause i knew i did nothing wrong. first thing i ask the officer is what i did wrong. he makes up some stupid reason saying im not supposed to have my front windows tinted, i say "yeah i know that". then he goes "where did you come from?" .. im like "i came from san gabriel"
dick officer then askes what i was doing there and how many i had to drink.. then i said i was just at drinking place (au79).. LOL.. i meant to say tea place but i said drinking place and the officer goes .. "wait what? drinking place?" .. then i go .. i'm sober, i promise
.
then he was saying how i kept brake checking on the freeway and i tell him that im slammed and that if i go any faster.. i'll rub like mad crazy on my fender liners.. then he goes.. "your fender liners? you know if you have any problems with your car, first thing you should do is pull over and check it out" .. then im like .. here let me show you what i mean .. then he goes .. its okay, stay inside.. give him my ID .. comes back .. and says have a good night ..

henry, just rip out your fender liner.. you don't need it when you're low... 
then you wouldn't have to "brake check" on those dips and what nots..
only if you have wide low offset wheels.
