Man, a lot of ebay people really kill the prices. Many of them offer items at or below cost and just make money on shipping. It kills people like me that's trying to make a buck the honest way... going by MAP prices and everything

Yeah. I have coilovers. Buddy Club, Tein, KW, Tanabe, Bilstein, Penske (special order, built to order; allow 3 month lead time), and Megan for the cheap-asses.

Well, here's my opinion about Megan coilovers, as I went to the factory when I went to Taiwan last month. That factory can produce good quality products if needed with good damper characteristics (look at the current A'pexi N1 line of coilovers, they're manufactured at the same factory). In fact, they showed me a damper body, throw it on a Rockwell shock dyno and it was able to replicate the damping rates of a JRZ damper to the T. Only thing is that companies like Megan, D2, K-Sport, etc all just get their "out of the box/bottom of the barrel" products. That's why the dampers have no consistency to each other (in fact, I've seen 2 damper bodies from the same box for the same axles set, just left and right have damping variance of over 47%). The poor damping character of these lines just get masked by running high spring rates. But on the other hand, I've seen ATCC winning cars using their dampers... however, they use 3rd party springs like Eibach or Hyperco.

I mean, hell, with Tein coilovers I sell, I typically recommend the customer change the springs on the coilover from the Tein springs to Eibach ERS springs.

I know Marcus had done it with some modification. I know it'll fit, but I think it'll require some up-rating on the spring is all.

I'm not really bashing on the Megan coilovers (ok, well, maybe just a little). I think for street usage, they'll be fine. I think they're an OK entry level coilover system that's feature packed. Only thing is I don't think that it has a lot of engineering behind the face of features for these lines of coilovers. Would I go competitive with them? No. But if I wanted a low cost solution for the street, I think they'll be OK for the most part. As far as longevity, your mileage may vary.

Big Deal, they can go 82-0 for all I care. They'll choke when it counts, then crybaby SheBron will walk off the court again w/out shaking anyone's hand.

Saw it over the weekend. It's OK....the fact that throughout the movie, the main character still alive LOL. I think the CGI is kind of unrealistic. But ya..its pretty good. I think The Day After Tomorrow is kind of better.

Added OEM visors 45 mins before I had to go to work. Easier to do than I thought. (thought I was going to have to go to work with 2 out of 4 visors installed, lol.)

anywho...

easier to lift the whole front end of the car when adding stock suspension back in.

did it myself with the help of a floor jack.

uninstalled ATLP exhaust...

i have a leak somewhere now... or probably i'm just not used to hearing stock exhaust.. and.....

visors + curtains + stickers + progress rsb coming off tomorrow.

headers thursday.

then.. 100% stock minus front brakes and lights. but who cares about those..

next owner will have some awesome interior lights and awesome braking power.

I thought the same thing when I went back to stock...but the bolts were torqued down, so I think it's just the way the stock exhaust sounds.
