You mean Torco? Yeah, it's a great oil, but I've never put synthetic in my car before. It's really expensive, and I change the oil regularly. Dean said it costs $90/case.

If you change your oil religiously, there's no reason to use the boutique stuff. The only advantage that I know of for Royal Purple Oil and the like is the longer intervals between oil changes. If you're sticking to manufacturer's recommendations, MB1 or even dino oil should suffice.

Jinu, I'm sure you can go 10k in between oil changes with the Torco stuff.

But, I'd still change it every 7.5k.

yeah my car tells me when it needs to be serviced, it was same for the TL. However, I never went to dealership for any service. I just did my oil change and that's it. that's what i did with my TL, so i think it'll be the same for this mazdaspeed.

plus, I hate dealerships......

yeah i think im gonna go with Torco! and maybe change it out every 8K-9K. I won't drive much anyway as my daily work commute is 5 miles............

quick question my punk ass last job that I just quit kuz I went to back to work for the state. I was working for this pharmasutical (sp) place and I dont kno but I kept hearing there is a law where if you come in and they send you home early you are guranteed your 4 hours well I was lookin @ my check and its only says 1.60 hours. But when I was working b4 they where giving me the 4 hours
