Any Good Bodyshops in So Cal?

I used to go to Joe @ Backyard Creations back when he was still in business, but ever since he's been out, I've opened the doors for a few more options.

I had my car first done with M1 Autobody when Andy (xkrazix) was still active on these forums, but I wasn't really happy with the single layer of clear coat they applied after the paint.

I'm going to try out Ken over at K&W Autobody, but I wanted to see if anyone else in So Cal had any other body shop recommendations?

Thanks.

Luxur Auto out in North Hollywood

My 04' TL was nearly totaled. Took it to them they pretty much replaced everything under the hood but the engine. Did painting, frame and body work

When I drive the car it doesn't feel like it has so many repairs done.

Highly suggest these guys

got the number if anyone wants it.

MV Designz... takes a while though, so I would say schedule quite a bit in advance.

2020 Autobody is pretty good too.

Orange County - Lanzini Body Works....they have done numerous stuff for me and I have probably referred a dozen people who actually got work done there. Not a complaint. Mitch is the man....he will be the only person to touch my cars as long as he's still around. Anything from collision/insurance work to rotisserie resprays

www.lanzinibodyworks.com

SGV - Ferrari Brothers in Monrovia (haven't been there in years. but this is the place my family still uses for collision repair, etc)

Long story short, his family went through a lot of hard times and costed him a lot of money to be next to his family. I think after weighing his options, he decided to close shop and move back to the Philippines.

Website for R&R?

Does Lanzini Body Works do custom work? Did they work on your CL when you still drove it?

Unfortunately, this thread is coming in handy. Need to get a couple of things taken care of. For some reason, my TL attracts damage.

CLP - Are there ever any issues with insurance work at Lanzini? Basically, are there prices for repair work reasonable enough that insurance won't question the costs?

most shops that accept insurance repairs (most) will charge accordingly... i think as long as its not too much they'll accept it...

but make sure.

I just talked to one adjuster. Since I'm getting mutiple things repaired (one collision, one comprehensive) from different dates they are asigning two different adjusters and I have to pay two separate deductibles. Insurance said that the car needs to be at the shop for one day to inspect and they need to agree on a price with the shop before they will authorize any repairs.
