Oh and don't expect to snag food from us if you aren't contributing food/money. It's not fair for anyone if you show up empty handed while another guy spends $20+

i don't think we shall push it back since everyone's schedule might interfere. with the current list of who's going.. it's set for a great turnout even though rain might be an issue. i think we should do it rain or shine, like a boss. yay or nay?

let's say that the meet got pushed to the following saturday, will the park allow u to reschedule the date/reservation of the pavilion? what if THAT SATURDAY is already reserved for somebody else?

Well if we do reschedule, it will only be because it's raining. If it rains, I get a full refund on the pavilion and we could always reserve it sometimes after that. But I'm not even sure if the hype is still alive on a reschedule. But if it does rain next Saturday and you guys still wanna do it, we could still use the pavilion and I can still get a full refund because it rained.

Since we've got 2 other people bringing water, 4 people bringing soda, 1 bringing Redbull... I'm going to change mine from water to tortillas. Can't have carne asada without the tortillas, right?
So I'll now bring
- tortillas (you guys prefer corn or flower... or just bring both?)
- couple onions to clean grills
and maybe some radishes?

supposedly there's a 30% chance of rain on the 12th, but hopefully as the week unfolds that'll drop to 0%

people on the list will have to check in... if u have invited others.. please add them to the list & what car they're coming in... u will b handed something upon entrance... keep that item cause thats ur meal ticket... this is to prevent other people trying to just barge into our meet & freeloading off peeps that actually pitched into this event...

if we rescheduled this.. how bad is it gonna be... since there is a chance of rain... i know people might not want to go if it rains.. we need a plan B fast... any ideas?
