The pavilion is as goes:
If it rains, I get my money back from the city whether or not I use the pavilion. Whoever paypaled me will be paypaled back the $10.

I think we should meet somewhere to conduct the meet and greet since a lot of the TSX guys still thinks we're meeting at GG park, especially the SD guys coming up. We gotta at least do a meet and greet somewhere and then we can decide whether we want to go eat or not.

If it's raining, then we'll do Star KBBQ which is not far from GG park.
If it's just sprinkling, then we'll do the BBQ as originally planned.
With the weather forecast changing so much, I think we'll be fine with BBQing at the park.

as for the weather thing going on..... it says rain in the morning then by noon or so it will b on & off... so maybe light drizzle here & there... so it could look good for us... so im guessing we're sticking to the plan as to meet up @ GG park rite?

yes. rain or shine.. we'll meet at garden grove park at the stated time. then from there, we'll decide if it's good to bbq or not. if it is, then we'll go out and buy the stuff needed for the bbq. otherwise, if it does rain, then we'll go to star kbbq which shouldn't be far from the park. i'm gonna make this official since everybody else will get confused as to where to meet.

Just to clarify, everyone, we are meeting at the park. Nobody bring anything. If weather permits, we will go out to buy meat, and grill it up, or get pre made food and split it amongst everyone. Or if the weather gets bad, we will go get KBBQ.
As far as caravan/convoy's go, it all depends on everyone, as I'm not the one in charge of the caravan except for the Inland empire one. Speaking of which, i'm not sure if the people still want to meet up at Cardenas. let me know if you are btw
