Hi, i have a 04 tl and i remember i replaced the ignitors a few months back since both headlights didnt work on my car now the driver side dont light up and im going to have to remove the bumper and check either the bulb, ignitor or ballast, so i thought why not buy all the parts i need incase its one or all three parts faulty rather than do all the work for nothing , so i m looking for at least one ignitor one ballas or two at a good price and a nice set of bulbs new or used please let me know what have you thanks

 

I bought a new ignitor on ebay for about $40. Good price compared to dealer. Do a search

 

Is the 06 the same one? I have one of these. I know 07-08 are different but not sure on the 06 one.

 

06 ballasts dont fit 04/05 as they are smaller.

need another igniotor for the ballast, headlights went out again i replaced three ignitors in the past month and half or so ballast were also replaced, so i guess i need another ignitor if anyone has one laying around ill buy today thanks again

 

Hopefully I'll have an extra pair laying around within a week or 2 if u still need it I'll message u when I switch to led... All this money that you are spending, have you thought about going led? My set cost me right at 100$ and taps right into the power wires for the factory ballast. I have them in my DRL right now and people swear I have my hi beams on. They are brighter than hid. Just an idea

 

yea im thinking, i have purchased four ignitors so far these guys here are great with prices and shipping been very helpfull but for some reason i went through three ballasts and this past month two igniotors im abou to just either buy new or switch to led thanks for the info
