Pulled this out of the wife's 1G TSX (also fits 3G TL and others) when I switched to a different source. I had the actual ipod cable replaced and never installed it so the ipod cable is brand new. Unit works great.

Looking for $65 shipped to the lower 48.

Yes. I have the 3.5mm/RCA aux as well.

It will need the Apple 30 pin to Lightning adapter, but yes.

I don't know exactly how the interface works on the Navi TL since I had it in a non-navi TSX. From what I understand text is displayed on the nav screen but I am not 100%.
