its the full cat back with the magnaflow resonator welded instead of the oem resonator.

its a type s sway bar... metal bar... nothing to it except its thicker in diameter than the base sway bar...

the xxr sticker can be applied or left out so you can have custom sticker of your own applied for custom center cap.
