E92 - too expensive... and i would probably kill myself racing it, and go for broke modding it... the 4G doesnt have many parts, so ill save some $$

LOL, I sold my E46 because I needed the space for baby seats (and 4 doors). It's hard to mod when "maintaining" the bitch costs you mortgage payments!! Oh yeah, "scheduled" maintenance isn't all that scheduled....
