I have for sale is a set of excellent condition 06 TL headlights only, no bulbs or ballasts. I upgraded to type s headlights so no longer need these. There are not any scratches, chips or yellow hazing at all. Never any issues with fogging or water inside. They have never been modified or baked. OEM headlights untouched! THey wont fit your car , you have 04-05 and these are for an 06, they take different ballasts.

 

Couldn't he just affix the ballast to something or make a bracket, though?
