Yea, I saw that they were sold out this morning. I won't even have time to swing by the TRU in my area since I leave for a trip tomorrow night and need to pack tonight.

Oh well.

Cool. I just didn't want to drive all the way there to find out it's online only. The closest TRU is 25 miles from me.

 

regarding this sale...the 50% off only works on the cheaper of the two accessories right? Because I wanted to buy the 360 HD DVD drive for 50% off but it would only discount the cheaper of the two products (the other being the xbox live subscription). Kinda shitty

 

That's always the case with a sale like that. If you know someone else who wants to buy the HD-DVD drive, you could buy two (one at regular price, the other 50% off) and then split the total.

 

 

yeah that's what I figured, it's just that when I came across it on techbargains, they had it listed at the 1/2 price, and I didn't figure many people would buy anything more expensive than it...bummer
