But with my pads, they get dirty after a few miles... new ones are a little wider. 18x9.5 +20 with 225/40. I had to raise the front a quarter and need to add about .5 degree camber in the back because it just barely rubs.

I see by the last pic that you haven't rolled your fenders yet. Or have you? I like both sets of wheels honestly. The white just gets dirty REAL quick. Lol.

I bet the peak of the fenders is rolled...ain't no way he's driving that low with that many different sets of wheel on unrolled.

Sorry on the late response. On the rear, I just cut the lip that sticks out on half of it, on the front, I cut the lip the sticks out where the bumper and fender meet. Other than that, no fender work is done.

Went from 225/40 to 215/40 and dropped it back down. 225 rubbed way too much.

District 10 Breast Cancer Awareness Car Show 2017 with Andrea. She’s bagged and we’re about the same height, she just has a lot more camber, 18x10.5 all around!

Doing the dishes

I also found this old picture of my car from about a year ago...

You're asking why I personally regretted swapping to a type s? Or you're saying you're questioning why you decided to change out the front end?

No I’m seeing my old pictures and lurking on pictures of your NBP and wondering why I switched to type s. Because it looks super good. Sorry I wrote that half asleep and just realized it was super vague haha...

Gotcha...

no worries, man...
If we got mad at people's half assed what the fuck did he mean posts, I'd have been banned long ago!

There's something very classic and righteous about that base aspec...I really did love it, especially with the inspire fogs that flowed so well with the headlights. That brought the visual weight the front end needed to be balanced and perfect. Everyone was type s swapping the exhaust tips and front aspec and I was like, nawww bruh...let's keep it OG. Meh, I'm an idiot for selling that ride, man...I miss it. Especially no car payment and knowing that only I had fucked every bolt and screw on that car. I knew that car inside and out...was my stepdad's before me...
at least the new owner is cool AF!

I miss the base look . I kinda jumped the gun. I was getting my front bumper resprayed due to rock chips and a mismatch, and thought to kill two birds with one stone and get the Type S Lip since I would have to get it painted as well. Don’t get me wrong, I love the Type S lips. But there is just something about the base lip.... I miss your NBP. It’s my favorite build since I didn’t even have a car, let alone a license. So it hurt a little bit when you sold it hehe..

My car featuring me again. Little update. Cars treating me so badly these past couple weeks. Oil pump is leaking again (switched to 5w30 high mileage and it slowed a LITTLE), door actuator doesn’t work half the time so I need to unlock with my key sometimes (not the biggest deal), passenger window regulator started making noise and is going out (new part came in, need to find time to swap it). Not too big of a deal. But annoying how it all happened at once. It’s a gamble now that my cars racking up the miles. Currently at 184k. But she still makes me smile as you can see.

Here is how she currently sits. I took off all my splitters because I wanted a cleaner and more simple look. Oil leak slowed a bit with the thicker high mileage oil, enough to where it’s not urgent to get fixed right now. Window regulator going in next weekend. Need to do spark plugs next because it’s been about 35k miles since last done and I like to beat on my car . Currently at 184xxx miles.

Nothing new with the car, just gave it a wash... Loving this car all over again, even with its problem. 2.5 years of ownership and 40k miles later and she is still going! Hit 185k last week.

Yes sir how’d you know??

I love simple problems when I feel confident in being able to fix them but the oil pump is way out of my comfort zone

Makes me want to shave my trunk lid all that much more. Gonna get a rear lip next month....I THINK. I need to make sure I have an exhaust set up before I do. It'll look bad with the stock pipes up there. Lol. Looks great tho man.

I love fall! All the pretty colors come out. Excuse my dirty car. I shaved my fender a little more and put a 3mm spacer for now. When I get it aligned, I will remove some negative camber. The reason I shaved and didn't roll/pull because I know there is filler on one side and I am not sure about the other side, and did not want to risk anything.
