If your certain they are bad, just replace the upper units.
Factory units run @ $260 each while aftermarket units $110 to $265 each. Some aftermarket units aren't to be used in certain states as they aren't CARB compliant, so check. Personally, the cheap aftermarket units leave a lot to be desired, but will do the job for a short period of time, however the more expensive units will come with a 5 year warranty while the factory units are 12 months.

are you sure it's the cats? or is it the 02 sensors?
do you get any weird smells????

and you should ONLY replace something if it's dead.
if third cat is working fine, why dafuck would you replace it?

Yeah im 100% sure theyre gone. P0420 code is on when i check it and im not able to pass inspection because of them. I did check autozone for some and some of them do come with 5 yr warranty. Magnaflow is mainly the one that says direct fit and 5 yr. However factory ones are pretty expensive. For all 3 it would cost me 2500 with labor.

No smells but i thought it would be a good idea to replace it while i was replacing the other 2. Just so i dont have to deal with the problem in the future.

If you wanted to replace the cats with something aftermarket (and you planned to continue modding) then RV6 high flow cats would be your best bet. They make a nice quality piece, and they yield you a decent power gain! They bolt in just like an OEM cat, they don't cause a check engine light, and they don't require a tune to run! I'll leave a link below so you can take a look:

Rv6 High Flow Cats: RV6-HFPC-TL-3G - RV6 High Flow Pre Cat - Excelerate's Honda & Acura Store - Japanese Performance Specialist

If you were looking for an OEM style replacement, then you could get a set of Magnaflows. You should be able to save yourself a couple dollars over the OEM ones if you went that route. I'll leave links below for those as well:

Magnaflow Front (Federal Compliant): 24740 - MagnaFlow Catalytic Converter - Direct-Fit - Excelerate Performance - European, Exotic and Japanese Performance Specialists!!
Magnaflow Rear (Federal Compliant): 24741 - MagnaFlow Catalytic Converter - Direct-Fit - Excelerate Performance - European, Exotic and Japanese Performance Specialists!!

You had mentioned you were looking at ~$2500 for all 3, but you should really be fine with just doing the two pre-cats for now. The third cat (in the jpipe section) is unmonitored, which means there are no sensors going to it, and you'd never see a check engine light even if it did fail (and when it does fail, it's time for an XLR8 jpipe ). Additionally the labor times for the pre-cats and the third cat really won't overlap - so you won't save a ton of money doing them together as opposed to separate.
