03 Navi Screen Clock Died
Today my Navi screen clock time froze so I turned off/on ignition then clock read 0:00.. Everything else reads out and works fine, Navi functions and AC controls are fine.. weird, worried something else may be breaking. I tried to reset clock, nothing changes the 0:00 readout.. is it a fuse?

I encourage everyone to call the Acura In-Car Technology Support desk at (888)528-7876. A representative take your VIN and give you a case number.
Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST.
Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. PST.
They have received lots of reports from Acura and Honda owners and they have their engineering team working to find the solution.
If you give them your VIN and email address they say that they will stay in communication with you to let you know their plan to resolve the issue

2003 Acura 3.2 TL-S Nav
I noticed the clock on the Nav Screen had mysteriously reset to 0:00 on 08/17/17. The '0:00' time is continually flashing, a feature that is consistent with a normally functioning Nav unit.
I accessed the menu to adjust the time but the system is not responding. Currently, I am unable to advance the time, back or forth- both hours or minutes. On a brighter note, I tested and confirmed that the navigation and the climate controls are still working. The input of addresses and the selection of the four Time Zones work.
I have tried removing and cleaning the Nav disc, as advised on a YouTube Video and other AcuraZine posts, and then reinserted in the DVD-Rom but, so far, I am yet to get the clock to resume the expected functionality.
Late yesterday. USA Today ran an article about older Honda Vehicles experiencing glitches with clocks that are integrated into the Navigation units. Read the article on the link below.

The posts indicate many vehicle owners have experienced similar issues. Has anyone found a solution that works?
If so, please share how the issue was resolved.
Any help appreciated.

Mine fixed itself eventually. But now I cant get it to adjust back 1 hour for daylight savings time. Shows 0:00 when you get into the adjust mode no matter if you use hour - or central time. I am on eastern.
