I'm having difficulty narrowing down what part i'm going to need to fix this. Long story short, the hazard signals nor the left and right turn signals work. 04 acura TL. what part do I need and is it easy to replace?

It's from 2007-2008 Acura manual, but it should be same/very similar for you.

Check fuse first. Sometimes when bulb burns its filament causes short, blowing the fuse.
