I'm pretty sure OP is loooooooooooooooong gone.

Mostly because his mom grounded him from using the internet for the next 6 weeks. No TV or cellphone either.

Guys, I had something similar happen to me once. An old lady hit my car with a shopping cart while leaving the grocery store. Luckily I wasn't hurt in the process.

OP is really lucky there was no paint transfer from the lowered greenish Nissan 240sx or some other car that looked just like that. Because when I've gotten love taps from other cars before, the toughest part was rubbing out the paint transfer.

So if nothing else, that's a plus.

Take the vehicle to a body shop so they can pull the lower rocker panel, get a new fender, lower skirt panel and get it repaired the right way.
OP doesn't have insurance, only liability... Not gonna happen.

Greenish - check!
Lowered - check!
Nissan 240sx or some other car that looked just like that - check!
No license plate - check!
Parking lot - check!
*Aldi* Parking log - unclear...

Seems about 95% legit.
