Again I haven't been the one trash talking. The only who's been trash talking is you. You still seem to have a difficult time understanding that.

Nobody co-signed either
The reality is I don't care lol it's the internet, there's more important things to worry about in life than what people think of you on the internet
This Mustang.
https://acurazine.com/forums/car-tal...g-what-945570/

That you said fell through, and then went after this 10 days later.
https://acurazine.com/forums/car-tal...n-made-945976/

Then that fell through, and you went back to the GT you said was going to cost you too much originally.
https://acurazine.com/forums/car-tal...-945976/page3/
It took you what? 2 or so weeks to finally post proof of the car?

Dude, you have got to understand the huge amount of skepticism everyone has now, esp. when you got caught fibbing about what happened with the V. Now we're full circle on you posting about a car you may or may not have fully in your possession. It's cool you're taking your hazing again after going MIA from the Unicorn thread, but this could very well end up as your 3rd thread to turn into another off-topic joke thread at your expense.

I love Sarlacc fights!

Congrats on the ST. Cool car and much easier to handle. I'm glad you went with something a little more youthful than another STS-V. I didn't want to say it then, but it just seemed grandpa-ish despite the great engine performance. The ST should be a blast to drive.

I mean this with all due respect and I am honestly not attacking you or telling you what you can and can't do. So please don't take it like that, it's just honestly an opinion.

But why do you even bother posting about your cars anymore. If everytime you post you are going to get a bunch of people shitting all over you (arguably your past threads and posts makes these member's responses understandable to me to some degree) why bother. I am not here saying you did or did not buy the car (or any past cars) but just simply that you should probably go post up on the ST forums and put all this crap behind you.

When I join forums, I try and stay on the good side of all the members. I do have spifs with people here and there, but I have never been the target of multiple people attacking me (let alone when I feel/know I don't deserve it) and let's say something happened where multiple people were attacking me on a forum. The first time, I might not stop coming on the site (depending on severity, I seen your past threads and especially the mustang one specifically and yikes that was bad). If I chose to stay on the site I would very likely limit my interactions and only post/comment on directly relevant things to me. If I was to then post something and be attacked again by multiple people I would leave the site altogether and enjoy my vehicle(s) in good health on my own. Possibly even making an account on these other sites relavant to what I was currently driving. Especially since the last car was an STS-V and this is a ford focus on an Acura site. Not to say in ANY way that you need to own an Acura to be on the site, there are TONS of very active members who don't and have not owned an Acura for many years.

I hope you see where I am coming from. I am not saying anything about your freedom to post what you want, or about these other member's freedom to post what they want. Nothing about what is being posted. Just simply that it I was in your position, I would not even bother posting on the site anymore and go find an alternative forum.

I guess you are right. The way I am looking at it is, how can you even enjoy your time on the site if everything you post is combed through and then shit all over? Not saying people don't have some legitimate reasons to be skeptical (case of boy who cried mustang? I don't know) but after the first time I'd be leary, after the second time I would be done.

Sarlacc doesn't take anyone's shit, online nor in person. He'd definitely talk shit to your face, he's an original, no filler.

OP.. I just hope you find a good job, make good decisions, and carry on like a responsible adult.
You can say what you want about that night, but we all know what's up. Save it for your mama.
We've all done stupid shit, maybe not that stupid, maybe stupider. But I'm sure most of us took responsibility for our actions.

In regards to cars, you've been fortunate to drive many cars at your young age it seems.
Instead of living beyond your means, invest in yourself. That could be a trade or degree that lands you in a solid career.
It'll pay off in the long run and afford you many things.

What would have happened if you broke your leg in that crash? Or someone sued you?
Do you have health insurance? Money to cover the deductible? Money for a lawyer?
It's a burden to people who make good money and don't live paycheck to paycheck.

A lot of guys here didn't get their unicorn / dream car til much later in life.
They focused on doing right for themselves first, raising a family, paying for a house, building a nest egg, etc..
All of those things are difficult to attain if you don't set the right goals, save, have patience..

Anyways, /soapbox.

You should recommend the ST to your friend who boned you. Let him know it's much harder to lose control of a FWD vehicle

Great post!!!!

OP- Congrats on the Focus....Be careful out there because this time you were lucky, next time you may not be able to walk away. Or worse, somebody else may not be able to walk away and you'll have to live with that the rest of your life. Enjoy your new car...

Great post Maj.

JJones, an unspoken rule for you - don't fuck with a guy who has kids. Sarlacc is at a prime of his life where he has a perfect combination of brute old man strength & young blood.

Just because you're a 25 year old kid who hasn't been kicked out of moms nest doesn't mean you're tough shit

@ trying to talk reason to a 25 y/o hothead. Why don't I think it'll make a difference? Because I was one myself, so I know where his mind is at. It doesn't matter what us wise old guys tell him, he'll do as he pleases and will likely have a few more of these moronic incidents until something in his life changes drasticly and then he'll settle down and start making better decisions. It's all true what Majofo said, but trying to get this guy to understand that through a car forum is pointless.

When I was 25 I was still living at home, doing ridiculously dangerous things daily, getting in trouble, and getting off way too easy. So I continued going about my life acting a fool and making absolutely terrible decisions and putting other people's lives at risk with my childish behavior. It wasn't until I moved out of my parents house, moved across the country to start a new life, bought a house, and found a good woman, that I finally saw the value of not being a complete jackass and respecting others, because I finally respected myself.

It all comes with life experience, not what someone is told on the Internet. Godspeed young man. You will find your way soon enough.

well, if he doesn't make the payment, within 90 days it'll repo.
So 6 weeks before first payment due, plus 90...
I'm saying 4.5 month.

Didn't comment on the last threads, but definitely read them all. In this case, one of the few times I would put these letters together, but FWD FTW!!!

Lol at some of these comments...
My insurance isn't going to change considering I was not held at fault from the accident... In fact my insurance dropped the claim once the other insurance took 100% fault.
Also as far as affording the new car, that isn't going to be an issue I have a great paying job...
Lastly, the Cadillac was wrote off. Insurance company paid off the car and put money in my pocket...
