Custom CarbonFiber / WoodGrain Steering Wheels

LINK - custom acura tl steering wheel carbon fiber and woodgrain

CUSTOM ACURA TL STEERING WHEELS

(Please read ENTIRE description, email us if you have any questions)

Trade in service:

This means you would order a wheel and then send yours back with a separate deposit. That is what the extra $80 is for. We understand there are times that people need to schedule an appointment for install so from ship date we give up to 3 weeks for customer to get installed and send back their stock wheel or they forfeit their deposit.

In this service you do agree that all wheels sent back are year specific. If you ordered an 07-08 type-s, we will not accept an 04-06 wheel back. Mind you the 04-06 wheel will not fit on the 07-08 without a different bag, etc. The deposit will be kept if this happens.

Send in Service:

This means you have a spare wheel, going to be ordering a wheel or sending in your wheel to be worked on to avoid the deposit. We will contact you after payment within 24-48 hours to arrange for our address so you can send in your wheel. If you are buying a spare wheel, we can also send you our address to send it directly to so that you don't have to pay for double shipping.

How to Order:

When you put the order in, we will contact you to finalize what you wanted done if its not listed. Upon check out in the notes box please put what you wanted done...

Top - Leather (color) , carbon fiber (colors in pictures) , woodgrain (colors in pictures) and perforated leather (color)

Bottom - Leather (color), carbon fiber (colors in pictures), woodgrain (colors in pictures) and perforated leather (color)

Sides - Leather non perforated or perforated leather and color

Stitching - Color

All wheels custom made take on average 8-10 weeks eta.

All wheels are unskinned factory leather / etc and remolded to your liking.

Just to be clear we will contact you after you buy, also feel free to leave us your contact email / phone number in the notes section upon check out.

OPTION 1 - Add Flat Bottom. This simply means what it says, this option allows the skin mold to appear as if your steering wheel has a flat bottom.

OPTION 2 - Add Alacantra. This changes the left and right side of your steering wheel to suede. Please note, suede there is no warranty because sweat, dirt, etc can ruin this and we are not liable, responsible or to be blamed for this. This is defiantly a cool option and we are in no way telling you that it wont last, but it does have to be taken care of..

Amazing product!!!

I do have the Carbon Fiber Acura Accessory wheel, but this by far is incredible. Very tempting.

Would you happen to have more pictures of the carbon fiber wheel?

They do look very nice and I understand this is likely a time consuming process. However, $480 seems like a lot

Installed and in General. Personally, I'd like to see more of the carbon fiber one however, I'm sure other's would like to see more of the rest. I will say, if I pull the trigger, I won't give up my carbon fiber accessory wheel, since they aren't easily obtainable anymore. I do love the look of the one you show. Wondering what the thickness difference is between that and the stock one.

In all fairness, across the board with any manufacture that offers an accessory wheel (wood grain, or something else) the average cost is $400-600 range. I've seen performance accessory wheels easily over 1K. The truth of the matter is, we are talking about the 3rd gen and the current owners, which won't spend this amount of money on a steering wheel. If this was 5-7 years prior, I can see this being a popular thing. I still won't knock it, i'm sure he will sell a few. Now if Bruce is willing to provide a LOVELY discount to the 1st one on Azine to buy this, i'm sure someone will jump in.

I see this a lot and while true, people still spend. Myself included and you, sometimes it doesn't matter what car its going into its about the actual product quality.

This is our third group being sent in and since last month about 15 sold so far. These styles are "plain", but aren't limited to what can be done. Suede, flat bottom, other colors, and so on. Your right about other companies - others are 750+ because they either want a huge mark up, or only get one done at a time.

I mean you aren't far and I'm going up to Paramus next Wednesday, of course avoiding paypal etc will save fees/shipping and so on. Just send me an email, if I have it in stock we can work something out.

Will you have pictures of the flat bottom for the 07/08 Wheel.. Also where would the Type S logo be place if the bottom is flat?

That's pretty nice. Id imagine it would be a little nicer and more suited to a true sports car type vehicle. Maybe a 6spd type S tho. Or an S2000.

I agree a more aggressive one wouldn't be for a daily, but a simple clean carbon wheel like the true a-spec accessory wheel would compliment the inside nice.

Besides, any car, any wheel, we can get it made..

I'm curious if the 07-08 base TL wheel will work in the 04-06 TL?

I have the peeling "A" syndrome on my wheel, are you able to get that front piece too?

07-08 would fit on 04-06, but you will need a new air bag as that's different.

Got any pics of the different leather you use (non-perforated)? I'd like to see how well it matches the color of the airbag leather.

I would like to give Bruce a huge shout out today! He went above and beyond today with the CF Steering wheel. He brought the steering wheel from his location up to my location and met up with the wifey. That right there is amazing customer service!!

The quality and finish is unreal! By far one of the best improvements that can be made for these vehicles. Here are some of the pictures I took of the steering wheel. Will be doing the install soon.

looks great!! i agree my steering wheel upgrade is one of the best mods i ever did to may car (i went with a different vendor at the time because this wasn't available) and the cost is right along what you would expect for a high quality part!

the horizontal rotated picture of the full steering wheel is driving me crazy though haha

$480 is cheap as hell for a wheel like this. I know guys that build similar wheels for other cars that charge ~1000 for it.

Y'all should consider yourselves lucky to be able to get a nice upgrade like this at such a price!

I've been explaining this to others. It's not a terrible price for what this is.

Agree on pricing. Last year I got my wheel thickened, repadded, and rewrapped for about 400 (very high quality). I actually wanted a flat bottom with partial carbon fiber (exactly like that offered now haha) but the cheapest I found last year was 900, so these offered prices in this thread are a great deal!!

kudos to Bruce for continuing to expend the products available for the TL!

That last picture is phenomenal (flat type s with two sets of carbon fiber and red stitching).
Bruce do you know the diameter at the very top of the wheel and the diameter just above and below the horizontal airbag spokes?

and the cost as is for that last one?

Thank you all.

Any steering wheel we can do. Next batch were doing viper, s2k, tsx, and GTR.

All wheels are $495+shipping. Flat bottom and alacantra is $50 each extra. That's about the only charges. We will have buttons soon as well for these and if you just wanted them done on your stock wheel for an added touch..

lol I don't know how mr Bruce can even make a living selling these wheel. I mean my OEM "wood" look on my RL already cost $400 and its no where close to these steering wheel above in term of quality also note Honda produce these in large number to drive the cost down. Bruce you did a great job and I don't think $480 is expensive. BTW the CF wheel makes it looks like from the new NSX instead for a TL.
