You're legitimately considering dropping the V hey? I mean, I expect you to play it all cool and be like "nah, I like the V" and then come back with something completely different a few weeks later that you were secretly working on acquiring.

All the power to you, but, I have this sneaking suspicion that you don't LOVE the V. You definitely like it. But not love it. Because no Recaros and no stick shift.

Yeah. I'm coming up with some insidious writing assignments to drop right before the Thanksgiving break. Stuff that will really destroy the good moods and family plans of most if the kids.

And the best part? After we get back, I'll drop them on my TA and make him grade them all. Hahahahahaha. And then I'll just take whatever letter he assigns and adjust them up or down half a grade just to fuck with his sense of importance.

It's glorious.

If you wanted to be a little more sadistic, you could hold on to the papers for 3 weeks and then give them to your TA the week before xmas

semester ends on the 13th and grades are due on the 19th. I would if I could, but even I don't want to face the Provost for not turning in an entire sections of grades again. Evidently, a bourbon stained cocktail napkin with "Fail em all, they're all brain-dead slackers" scrawled on it, isnt sufficient anymore.

Who knew.

Not Who knew, but rather, who knew.

Just to be clear. But he probably knew too. Much better than anyone else.

There actually isn't one, Adam.
Currently, I'm still eye fucking that M3...but mainly because it would be awesome to actually be able to drive my manual car whenever I feel like it.
I kinda feel like the S would be better served enjoyed by a broski in a place that's 70 degrees all the time with canyon roads within a half hour.
Plus, I used to see those back in the day and think man...one day, maybe, if my life is good.

No real plans to get rid of the V but I am always listening and hearing a baller ass neighbor tell me just tell me if it's for sale is tempting, depending on what one of his cronies would be willing to pay for it.
If it means profit after recovering all money put into it...that's always tempting. My ex landlord who runs a towing company used to tell me to only fall in love with your family, cars are metal...if you can buy them cheap, enjoy them, fix them, and sell them and make money or just enjoy it free for a bit...do it. He'd pick up the rent money in a different car every month...lifted dodge truck, bentley...crazy corvette...

I was destined to be a one car guy...finding fault in black TL and moving on from it did something to me...I stuck with that car so long because that kinda became the novelty of it...have the same reasonable and well maintained TL forever...once that went, I didn't feel as married to any car. Yeah, it's work, but every transaction and buy and sell gets easier since you kinda learn the rules of registration and titling and insuring. So we'll see...as Majofo once wisely told me...it's a car, it's got balls and burnouts but it's not going to make your life any better or worse. Maybe I should have listened to him to begin with.

No sir...it's a Besta media unit for the TV room.

I will be buying the same series for the basement's eventual toy "dungeon".

But, not this year...being budgeted for next year since well, apparently, we need other higher-priority furniture items. Pfft. Who needs a bed (we sold the old POS Malm king to the buyers of the old place since there was no way in Trump I was going to take it apart to move that POS to the new place)...and apparently, the wife wanted something "better" than a Malm.

Hei...! I'm not that snobby when it comes to everything. This dining table I'm using to PW on right now while waiting for the IKEA peeps to show is from Costco.

Under $800 for a solid piece of...wood.

I almost went Trump-rant-mode when I had to put it together a nearly 10 years ago. Piece of shet.

i have a malm bed too, but what irked me about it is that 6 months after I got it, they released a high version with under bed storage/drawers. It's something I would've wanted if they had it when I bought it. :
