No major updates juuussstt yettt...but this was too good not to share. I decided to drop out of school and start my modelling career. There should be more pictures to follow as it continues to get warmer here in good ol' Jersey.
You guys can't get rid of me just yet! So some cool stuff happened when I moved back on campus. I became the new owner of a Nikon D3300. I am still new to the photography world, but I'm enjoying every bit of it. Aside from shooting the Rackura, I use it when my friends and I go out for adventures and I use it at work too. Money well spent. AAANNNDDD I become the owner of a set of BC Racing coilovers that will be arriving soon. Super excited to finally get this done, been talking about it forever. Expect more pictures when the University Car Club starts getting together, but in the meantime here are some of my first shots with the Nikon including my neighbor's 3 series and my house while I'm at school (complete with a driveway in New Brunswick which is rare).
I'm trying to find a Type-S style trunk lid spoiler in ABP, any ideas on where to find one? I tried the ebay seller "thespoilerstore", but they don't carry ABP pre-painted.
LOL....that photo looks like it was taken in the 1960's.
Damn. I was going for the 1950's look. Here's another quick peek from the most recent club get together. The only thing we're missing is an RL and we'd have the whole lineup. We have a lengthy cruise planned for the weekend, which should lead to more pictures. (We have an instagram too if that interests anyone @rucarclub) Classes are pretty heavy now so progress is slooooowwww.

I just got one off ebay primer(d) and went to my local car paint store and had them mix up a can of CGP for me. It's 1 stage so you don't need any separate clearcoat. Also bought a can of adhesion promoter to go on before paint and it turned out solid, 40 bucks spent.

Back from the dead! This year at school was no joke. Got accepted to my Masters program though so it's not over just yet... BUT now that summer is here there's ample time to spend time with my main lady. More pictures and details to come soon.
Car looks great, love that color! I am originally from Somerset, NJ right down the road from where you are at, still have family there so I am back there every so often.
