It's ALL about the rubbers...but, with THAT sort of planet-moving power, I think drivetrain needs to be considered. Not a show-stopper. But, dude...that's ALOT of power in a RWD vehicle. And with the amount of snow the winters can get here that lasts so long, it's a factor I can't ignore...even if I buy the best winter tires.

 

It's exactly what got me to back away from the C63 the first time and end up in the FX...even if they were very different cars...and just judging from a price-point perspective.

 

it's all in how much you mash the go-pedal. As long as you are light on the throttle, you won't have much issue. This goes for any car.
