Wavy Black door garnish molding

I have a 2012 TSX and passenger black door garnish moldings on passenger side are wavy on bottom on both doors. Dealer rejected warrantee saying they were physically hit. They are wavy due to heat not physical pressure . Any one else have same problem? New moldings are only 24.00 a door. I only have 26K car has not seen road salt as its not been driven in winter.

Are you the original owner? This looks like the vinyl was replaced and when installing the replacement, it didn't attach (glue down) properly.

I am original owner. Nothing has been done to moldings. I believe it's from sun (heat) that's caused wavy look.

I think the black portions are just thick vinyl and could be peeled off if necessary. Then you could rewrap them for around 20 bucks.
