awesome man thanks. Just in case I do need to get it repainted, do you know anyone that you would trust to get it painted by? I remember reading that you had a buddy that had a body or paint shop, I can't recall which lol.

I posted pictures in the wash & wax section but I think I might have to get it resprayed. I wonder how much it'll cost

 

My buddy at my dealer can paint it if you need it done. Prob charge somewhere around 20. Put it on with new 3m. Double side tape and use adhesion promoter so it doesn't come off. Had to redo mine

 

$20 to repaint it nbp?? that's cheaper than I expected! hell, if he does a great job I wouldn't mind giving him $40!

where can I reach your buddy? I got a quote from another detailer $35 or more to clean it up but that might not fix the scratches.

It makes more sense to repaint it especially if it costs about the same to detail it, and it'll come out better

I've got a pair of front rotors from an 06 RL. Still have plenty of life left in them, but I have no use for them. If anyone wants them, please let me know. Pick up from North Fort Worth or Arlington.

Would like to know all of yours opinion on the Texas meeting in a month (weekend before Thanksgiving possibly).

It should be in Austin.

So your trying to setup this meet? The weekend of the 23/24th is the weekend before thanksgiving. I work that weekend so maybe not... can possibly change things around. Iono, as far as details go, what are we thinking?

 

Or the week after, but yeah this would be a joint effort with the chapter leaders so I'm just trying to see interest for Dallas as I know the interest in SA and Houston already just not Dallas.

 

Im down as long as im off or can get off. I had a good time at the Hewitt meet back in June, im sure we could get some people from Dallas to roll down there!

On my 2nd TL a 2004 AT and just had the tranny rebuilt. I,m not totally happy with the synchro and am wondering if there is a pro in this area that everyone goes to for the right set up?
