Unhappy BallinFizzle's 2006 Acura TL Partout

Hey guys, it's time to part my car, unfortunately . I am willing to ship, but locals have first priority! It's been a good run and I appreciate everyone!

http://fatlace.com/hellaflush/theflu...zzystatus.html

http://flushstance.ccwheel.com/?p=379

-1-
CCW Classics 18x 9.5 +18/10.5 +22 with 225/40 and 235/40 Falken 512

Custom built to my specifications in full polished, these wheels have perfect hellaflush fitment with nice big lips and concave centers as well. They are STRONG, surprisingly light race wheels.
These are the most expensive Street version which consists of full centers without swiss holes (no ugly extra holes), ARP hardware, and centercaps!

MSRP:
$2400wheels+
$135shipping+
$600tires+
$160mounting and balancing
________________________
$3295total
Price:$2850

-2-
Custom one-off Magnaflow Exhaust with TypeS rear bumper and TypeS rear ASpec lip TRADE for stock base exhaust and rear bumper.

The exhaust is pretty minty I think. There may be a ding in the tip and I think the tops of the tips had some plastic melted on them but you can't see that part at ALL when it's on the car. Other than that, the exhaust looks fresh, I also painted the mufflers black for a more GTR exhaust look. The exhaust also consists of all Magnaflow parts, tips/muffler/ypipe.

For trade, I would prefer for you to just bring the bumper and exhaust and we can trade, instead of both swapping right there. Done that before in a parking lot being like 40 degrees Celsius, never doing that again lol.

MSRP:
$230mufflers[2]
$120tips[4]
$70ypipe[1]
$30DynomaxResonator[1]
$450TypeS rear bumper
$200Painting TypeS Bumper NBP
$260TypeS rear ASpec
$200piping/welding/labor

$2150
Price:$1300w/ trade

Y-Pipe

-3-
ATLP Roof Spoiler.
Painted a semigloss black as I did it as a temporary solution but never ended up getting it professionally painted. Adds definition to the rear end, blends perfectly into the TL design!

Price $175

-4-
Tein Basics coilovers.
I think they probably have ~6,000-7,000 miles as I don't drive my car to school. They fit perfect, ride smooth, and have never ever given me a problem (no thudding or creaking sounds.) Super reliable, I loved them. Comes with the chrome vanadium wrenches.

MSRP:$900
Price:$550

Tein Price:

-5-
07-08 Acura TL base taillights custom smoked.

Price:$150

-6-
Front ASpec lip in NBP.
I scraped a curb a few weeks ago so I did a temporary fix so there's a black patch on the left corner on the bottom, not too noticeable, no one has brought it up, even at shows and I decided to repaint the gray part a more metallic flat gray.

Patch:

Price:$140

-7-
Fujita Cold Air Intake
in polished finish with the superflow filter. Got some coolant on it so might need to be polished out a little.
Price:$150

-8-
GReddy Oil Catch Can
Got some coolant on it so might need to polished it a little.
Price:$70

-9-
Buddy Club Racing Spec Condenser.
Black with blue lighting and blue grounding wires. It's a little banged up but it works fine.
Price:$80

-10-
FortuneAuto real titanium shift knob
FOR A 5AT TL, there is no other shift knob for it that fits perfectly! Has a tiny scratch on the bottom but you can barely see it, especially when it's on.

http://www.fortune-auto.net/apps/web...ts/show/345639

MSRP:$139
Price:$80

-11-
Memphis 15" M3 4ohm subwoofer with box

http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...mpaign=froogle

MSRP$199
Price:$100

-12-
Alpine D8400m Mono Amplifier
- 300 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms (600 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms.) It worked fine but I remember one of the inputs had a pin stuck in them, just need to pull it out I guess. Also has some marks on it as well.

http://www.crutchfield.com/p_130GMD8...0M.html?tp=115

MSRP:$299
Price:$70

Headlights, front meshed out grills, and other parts are on hold. Feel free to PM me to inquire about anything. I'm in no rush to sell at all so please no low-balling.

Besides look badass, haha, they condenser is pretty much a grounding system, it's supposed to make the ground connection of the car work better and all the electronics work smoother. Apparently supposed to make the car more responsive. The Greddy Catch Can is supposed to remove blow by gases. It fits in the breather line from pcv to intake. It catches the oil fumes, collects them, turns them into oil sludge in the can. It keeps the oil from a) fouling the maf sensor and b)sending oil into tb to help keep it clean.

I just don't see the reason why you have to part. obviously all you have to do is raise it back up. This is a first tho, its a shame but good luck.

Measure!!!!!!

What are the bumper height laws in the state of Virginia?
Section 46.2-1063 states:

Alteration of suspension system; bumper height limits; raising body above frame rail. -- No person shall drive on a public highway any motor vehicle registered as a passenger motor vehicle if it has been modified by alteration of its altitude from the ground to the extent that its bumpers, measured to any point on the lower edge of the main horizontal bumper bar, exclusive of any bumper guards, are not within the range of fourteen inches to twenty-two inches above the ground. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this section, the range of bumper heights for motor vehicles bearing street rod license plates issued pursuant to § 46.2-747 shall be nine to twenty-two inches.

Top of pageNo vehicle shall be modified to cause the vehicle body or chassis to come in contact with the ground, expose the fuel tank to damage from collision, or cause the wheels to come in contact with the body under normal operation. No part of the original suspension system of a motor vehicle shall be disconnected to defeat the safe operation of its suspension system. However, nothing contained in this section shall prevent the installation of heavy duty equipment, including shock absorbers and overload springs. Nothing contained in this section shall prohibit the driving on a public highway of a motor vehicle with normal wear to the suspension system if such normal wear does not adversely affect the control of the vehicle.

No person shall drive on a public highway any motor vehicle registered as a truck if it has been modified by alteration of its altitude from the ground to the extent that its bumpers, measured to any point on the lower edge of the main horizontal bumper bar, exclusive of any bumper guards, do not fall within the limits specified herein for its gross vehicle weight rating category. The front bumper height of trucks whose gross vehicle weight ratings are 4,500 pounds or less shall be no less than 14 inches and no more than 28 inches, and their rear bumper height shall be no less than 14 inches and no more than 28 inches. The front bumper height of trucks whose gross vehicle weight ratings are 4,501 pounds to 7,500 pounds shall be no less than 14 inches and no more than 29 inches, and their rear bumper height shall be no less than 14 inches and no more than 30 inches. The front bumper height of trucks whose gross vehicle weight ratings are 7,501 pounds to 15,000 pounds shall be no less than 14 inches and no more than 30 inches, and their rear bumper height shall be no less than 14 inches and no more than 31 inches. Bumper height limitations contained in this section shall not apply to trucks with gross vehicle weight ratings in excess of 15,000 pounds. For the purpose of this section, "truck" includes pickup and panel trucks, and "gross vehicle weight ratings" means manufacturer's gross vehicle weight ratings established for that vehicle as indicated by a number, plate, sticker, decal, or other device affixed to the vehicle by its manufacturer.

In the absence of bumpers, and in cases where bumper heights have been lowered, height measurements under the foregoing provisions of this section shall be made to the bottom of the frame rail. However, if bumper heights have been raised, height measurements under the foregoing provisions of this section shall be made to the bottom of the main horizontal bumper bar.

No vehicle shall be operated on a public highway if it has been modified by any means so as to raise its body more than three inches, in addition to any manufacturer's spacers and bushings, above the vehicle's frame rail or manufacturer's attachment points on the frame rail.

This section shall not apply to specially designed or modified motor vehicles when driven off the public highways in races and similar events. Such motor vehicles may be lawfully towed on the highways of the Commonwealth.
