How can I get this off my car?
I have, annoyingly enough, had the pleasure of running over crap that is spilled on the roads. This appears to be some sort of caulking or something, its a rubbery texture. I have been scrubbing for an hour, and the stuff does not remove easily. Luckily it is only in my wheel wells. A
Anyone else had to deal with this? Any suggestions?

replace the whole lining.

Goo Gone Spray Gel might be worth a shot, try in small area first and let it sit for a few.. If it doesn't work well you have a bottle of goo gone always handy to have for various things...

Yeah, just buy an Accord wheel well liner for $60 and call it a day.

Scrape off the big lumps first, before scrubbing or wiping. Reduces the amount of penetration you need. WD-40 can often be used on most non exposed surfaces. Test first . I have used it on rocker panels on my truck.
