PBS' "MotorWeek" features TSX - airing today (Saturday) in my area. This may be same as SpeedWeek review.

It still looks like a fat, overweight camry but will try to watch.

"Acura has held the line on pricing for the new TSX. The MSRP starts at $28,860, with your choice of transmissions."

It looks like the price will stay the same as the current TSX pricing.

Good catch on the price.

That's an increase of $670 over the 2008. I was thinking the price difference would be greater. The Tech price of $3,500 will be the killer.

I wish the reviews would do more to compare the feel of the car with the first gen so that we can get a sense of how it's different. I haven't seen much made of the handling. Is it better, worse, unchanged? Does the extra torque make the car seem faster?

Who knows, they didn't state the color in the video and few people have seen the car in person to compare. We might get ours today or tomorrow so I might be able to guess but it's always hard to tell from video.

Having seen a couple of videos now I think the styling is starting to grow on me a little. I'm very curious about handling, how the extra torque translates to pulling away from a stop light, and how the new dampers feel.

I would have to agree. Seeing it in motion and in person at the auto show helped, although I am still not a fan of the grill though.

Maybe the grill will be restyled for the MMC?

That could work for you. I don't like the fender flares so there is no hope for me. Never thought I'd miss the 06-08 wheels

Funny thing is that I have no problem with the wheels. My first requirement for wheels is that they are round, second requirement is that they hold tires, and finally (and most important) they need to be easy to clean.

The wheels suck.

/end debate.

Their tacky and look far too small for the car.

I thought it was going to be a thorough, in-depth review spanning the whole 30-minute time frame.

I was sure disappointed.

BTW, I saw tons of 07 MDX Taxi Cabs in Waikiki. They must have struck deal with your dealership no?

I tend to agree. I just picked up 18" wheels from an 08 Accord Coupe

http://www.driveaccord.net/forums/at...1&d=1191883025

They may go on a 09 TSX, my 04, or yet another future Acura.

Interesting. I'd throw them on the 04 just to see how they look. And take some pics.

The rubber for those wheels wll be quite expensive. I only have about 10K on my tires. These wheels will be future project no matter which Acura they end up on.

Ah, thought you had em with the rubber.

At first glance I think they may suit an 09 better.
