i heard this install isn't like the type S in that you don't have to fully remove the front bumper. is that true?

^^^ No, you don't...I didn't remove the entire front bumper to install mine.

correct ..you don't need to remove the bumper at all, you don't even need to remove all to bolts the instructions say to ...they did send some wrong size hardware which we had so it wasn't a problem , but if we didn't i wouldn't have benn able to instal

which parts were not included properly? that way if i do order mine i know what i might need for backup. thanks

the screws that fasten the lip...just the ones on the very side next to the tire / under the two front spoilers form the add on body kit..they were to short to use the provided spacers, you would need a little longer ......and ....im not sure what its called spring nut?....the square nut that you slip onto the plastic...they were to small also
