Where to start with CODE PO132???

When I first got my 2002 TL type S it starting doing this thing where it would tug and pull when accelerating at low speeds. I would step on the gas and no reaction then suddenly it would take off.. Felt like it wasn't getting fuel or something. I later found out it was the o2 sensor, I replaced it and bammm it was doing better 5k miles later same thing happened so I changed it again my mechanic also had me change my spark plugs he said it might of been contributing to the o2 sensor malfunctioning. 2k miles later here I am at zero again this morning I head to work and that same thing is happening check engine light turns on lights dim a bit, car feels like its about the shut off. I know if I change the o2 sensor again it might be fine again but I want to know is whats causing it to malfuction. I know the car has 2 o2 sensors maybe my mechanic is changing only one? idk I know last time he changed the one by the cat maybe the one thats by the headers needs replacing... ANY INPUTS, SUGGESTIONS, COMMENTS??? They will be greatly appreciated

the O2 after the cat only reports if the cat is bad. It won't make the car run funny. The primary O2 is the one the computer gets information from to adjust timing, fuel etc. Was that one replaced? If so what brand? Don't use a Bosch for the primary. Use a Denso.

Yes the front upstream sensor was the one changed. I believe it was a bosch it was bought in Autozone. I will look into replacing it with a Denso

I've heard many times that our cars don't like the Bosch sensors.

Have the TB intake, EGR passageways and IAC valve ever been cleaned ? Any codes ?
If not, try this along with some fuel system cleaner. Check fuel pressure and also have the electrical system load tested. Make sure all the grounds are good.

Gnuts is right on about the TL being rather finicky about O2 sensor brand.
Perhaps the converter is clogged ???
