All other lights except for tailights work. Multimeter shows .1V read from the trunk. Dash lights work as well. Checked the relays in the RH junction box and they all work as well. Under hood I checked the lighting relays and they work as well, in addition to the small lights 15A fuse still being intact . Any suggestions would be appreciated

Are the front side marker lights or license plate light coming on? If not, there is a relay on the driver's side forward of the firewall under the hood that is likely the culprit.
