I could use some help here. I can't get my remote transmitter to work. I know the batteries are fresh but I might have used the wrong ones. Can someone tell me the voltage of batteries I need? I have the procedure on how to sync it up with the receiver and the door locks react after I put the keys in the ignintion 5 times. Could the receiver be my problem? Thanks in advance for the help!

The battery type is written on the back of the remote. It should be 2016

 

Have you tried to sync it again?

 

I have the correct batteries and they are installed in the right way and new. Still no luck. Any ideas? Thanks for confirming the battery type!
