my 02 type-S read 160K ( i got it when it was at 90K )
my 03 6speed read 130K ( not sure what the miles was when i got it. i know it was around 100K)

Just bought my 2002 TL a month ago with 162,000 on it. Now has 163,000 and a 4 year bumper - bumper unlimited mile warranty on it (feel all warm and safe inside!).

'02 TL-S with 192k miles. I bought it at 135k miles. I've had no problems. Originally tranny was replaced at 37k miles, so I've got 155k miles on it.

Miles:
2000 TL with 170,000 miles and the original transmission. Motor does not drip or smoke. Only repairs were t-belt replacement @ 100 k, emission related issues, suspension and brakes. Honda's finest !

"Inherited" 1999 TL
99TL currently @ 91500 miles. Only work AFAIK is new drivers ball joint and some other steering work (I suspect it was in a front end collision at some point). Original tranny AFAIK. I am about to do the timing belt (when the parts come) and will be doing a 3x3 tranny oil change soon. After that its spark plugs and a manifold/EGR clean.
Car has been in the family for 4 years. My father bought it for my mother the year before she died and I hope to pass it on to one of my children in a few years. Previous owner was an elderly widow. I don't think its ever gone into VTEC!

thats right around when i changed my transmission fluid i wrote change at 185k i heard that redline or someone makes real good transmission fluid. i plan on sticking with the fluid i get from my local acura dealership for like 6.75 a qt i still got a qt but its old and i guess i would only use it in case of emergency. i used the cheapest set of NGK plugs and i dont regret it but next time i am gonna go with the Irridiums. Im saving up to pay off my acura and a 6 speed swap asap. those are my goals

I bought my 2000 Acura TL new in October 1999. I am at 281,000 miles with the orginal tranny and engine. I have had no major engine repairs over the life of the car. I was fortunate to get a new body when an automatic car wash rig fell on my roof at 195,000 miles (yes this is true). When I hit 300,000, I will break out the wine with my local garage to celebrate.
