Question Opinion on 02 TL-P Mounts, Engine Movement?

I have a 2002 TL-P and have grown a bit suspicious of my tranny and/or motor mounts giving way these days. I heard about the whole "pop the hood, hold the brakes, put her in drive, then give her a good couple revs and watch for movement inside the engine bay" thing, so I enlisted a buddy and gave it a go. The result is this video which, upon further review, still tells me nothing because I don't have enough experience to know how much engine movement to expect.

If you know what you're looking at and have a moment to watch this video, I would love to hear your thoughts about what you see. This is my first time posting a video, so I hope I don't fuck it up. Thanks!

I'll do this today, I feel like when I'm out driving and I even give it 50% throttle from the line, there's a crazy knock or clunk, then it goes lol..

Just for reference the engine mounts should have some give, The engine should move around 2 inch at most...
This is an example of bad engine mounts:

Ohhh man that's bad. I bet that is at least part of my cause for vibrations while driving. I've gotta tackle my mounts this weekend.

My opinion is that it looks like the Honda has an extremely shot passenger mount.

You have 3 mounts so it's possible that you might have 2 good mounts but one bad one and it jumps around under the right circumstances. I would recommend simply getting a mirror or camera down there on the sides of the mounts and see if you can see any tears in the rubber.

Having a bad passenger side mount wont cause the engine to lift in that manner.. It will only allow side movements when turning.
The front mount is the culprit of that massive engine movement as you can see in the second test for the front mount but the first test showed the rear engine mount to be in good condition.
