Lower Intake Manifold Vacuum Connection?

Lower Intake Manifold Vacuum Connection?
I've been trying to figure this out for weeks now. I tried "engineering" new fittings for it but I can't seem to find a good enough fit that prevents a vacuum leak :/

Does anyone know the name or partnumber or any substitute for this connection? It's a vacuum line/fitting that connects on both sides of the lower intake and runs to the "FIAC". Any help is appreciated!

(picture borrowed from AcuraZine user Ctcost (sorry!) as i don't have access to the vehicle at the moment)
