sweet..good to hear....
I'm about to order them but I'm really confused about the shipping cost to CANADA.
At the top is says it cost $140 to ship to canada
Then at the bottom of the page it says $50 to ship to Canada.
ANY of you CANADIANS out there bought one? How much did u get charged for shipping?

The headers are completely installed, the modified cat's working nice now.. I LOVE it! The minute the headers finally broke in, I took off... and I instantly turned into a mime... I was so impressed, I couldn't even speak. I even spelled out h-o-l-y-s-h-i-t through silence. Just beautiful. What's even more nice is the bronze/gold look from the heat really blends in well with the engine cover paint.
Oh c0v3rr1d3, thanks for the gasket, I really needed it badly.. I just custom fitted it to the xs headers.. yes.. i cut the gasket, made it overlap, cut off any extra and tightened the hell out of bolts.. no leaks at all so I'm all good to go I'll bring the downpipe to the next meet

I ordered mine today. Should take 2-3 days to receive it from what others have been saying. I'll try and post pics also since my engine is apart right now anyhow due to replacing the valve cover gaskets and grommets. I plan to run stainless 8.8 bolts and OEM head-to-exhaust gaskets with the XS O-Ring gaskets that everyone has been saying work fine.

They seem pretty good. Welds look good too. I had slight fitment issues with the cat bolting up (but thats most likely my fault from all my exhaust mods of removing resonators and such) the 3 bolt holes didnt want to line up. I forsed it on but ill address and straighten it up in the future. No leaks yet. Havent taken it for a spin because i cant. They poured new curb yesterday and it will be a week before i can get it out of the driveway

Hey guys so im wondering these XS headers they dont have any resonance like the megans?? im really thinking about switching to these headers if that resonence is gone. i dont want to buy another header with this stupid cricket noise coming from my car. i hate that. blah. but if you guys say that there is no resonence then that might have to be my next purchase. any other fitment issues or anything??

Well after a 300 mile road trip this weekend, i have no leaks or resonance. As for if they imporved power?? never really got to test car and know what it was like before it. But it sure is fast. Every thing bolted up great. I just had to attach the manifold to the lower pipe before tightening the manifold pieces up. it allowed enough play to alighn every thing. No problems with the hanger, O2, or hitting any thing. I did notice a nicer exhaust tone

Mine came today. Picking up my gaskets tomorrow from Acura (because they are lame and parts closed at 6pm today) and installing them tomorrow night. I'm about to run to the hardware store to get the bolts I need.
Now, for the potentially unfortunate news.....
I was talking to my friend who spent some time working at a local shop and spent about a year distributing parts from rare Japanese companies that previously were not well recognized within the US, examples being Junction Produce, Wald, etc. He has done a lot of work with forced induction so clearly those parts are under more stress. He knew the name of these headers right away and mentioned (as I verified when I received mine today) that the headers are stainless but the flanges are a mild steel....two metals that have different properties when heated up...two metals that when placed under stress when heated will crack. This has yet to be a problem from what I have read on the TL/CL forums so maybe this is only related to XS-Power turbo manifolds that this seller distributes, but I just thought I would share with you what I have heard....I am in know way saying this will affect us on the TL but this is coming from a source I trust.
The GOOD news is that this same friend has spoken with this distributor and was informed that they offer a lifetime warranty on their products....so if they do break sources claim they can be replaced under warranty....forever.
I believe all this to be true and that he and I were speaking of the same distributor XS-Power but I know that there are other rip offs closely related to XS-Engineering, etc. so there is a chance I am off. Just a heads up on the potential good and bad.

I've Had Megan Headers For About 2 Years And The First Set I Blew All The Welds I Took Them Back For Warranty And They Exchanged Them No Problem. They Gave Me Another Set And These Ones Were Made Diffrently. They Had Extra Brackets Welded On In The Same Place The Welds Broke. The First Set Did Make Alot Of Noise And The Whole Time I Was Thinking That This Type Of Car Should Not Make This Kind Of Noise. The Second Set I Got About Six Months Ago Was Alot Better Only I Didnt Get A Chance To See If They Made Alot Of Noise Because As Soon As I Put Them On I Wrap Them Up. So I Dont Know If Its The New Desingn Or The Header Wrap. But It Is Super Quite.
