Post Issue with my RL

My RL now has 160k miles and had a bad valve cover gasket and a defective ac expansion valve. I removed everything intently and replaced the valve cover gaskets in the engine bay and the expansion valve in the cockpit. Upon putting everything back together, the vehicle ran rough and two codes popped up. P0123 and p0223 and upon further inspection I realized that my mass air flow sensor connector harness has no power running through it and neither did the accelerator pedal connector harness. I've checked all fuses and couldn't find a defective one or an indication that these two units have a fuse. The vehicle is in limp-mode, it shifts violently when put in gear and my RPM's won't go past 3k. I've inspected the wire harness\loom and there are no visible damage to it. I'm just puzzled because prior to the work, the vehicle didn't have these issues.
Your help, input and direction would be appreciated.

Does the RL have a MAF sensor---my RL doesn't have this.

The two codes you listed indicate the TB position is not getting relayed back to the ECU. Also check the MAP senor is hooked up properly and the hose.

Did you mess with the TB with everything disconnected?

Thank you both for the response. I haven't touched these two units at all. I even went as far as replacing the mass air flow sensor, which by the way is attached to the throttle body and come as one assembly. But nothing has changed.
According the Acura, the mass air flow sensor is powered by the ECM, so I ordered a used one to see if I get any power to the harness. If I do, I'll either have it used one reprogrammed or purchase a new one from Acura. Fingers crossed

I may be talking out of my behind, but his RL maybe 09-12, which have vtech on intake as well as output. Which may explain the MAF.

Following up on the guy with the throttle body codes

I I see somebody was referring to having to throttle body reprogrammed is it if you change the throttle body do you have to reprogram it and what do you use the reprogram it that I don't learn or you have to have a HDs meter to do that. Because I have been having some problems I haven't been able to get my car to run either it will crank it just will not fire up and I'm thinking maybe me changing my throttle body is the reason why it won't crank now.
