Dash lights up for a few seconds then goes off!

Dash lights up for a few seconds then goes off!
So my dashboard including odometer, blinkers, wipers, gas meter , windows will not work! I replaced the battery, the alternator and the 50/50 fuse located on the battery. Please advise
