2007 RL Cold Air Intake

Our family has had a 2004 TL for a while and it's been stock from day 1, I recently bought a RL and have seen videos of the RL with a CAÍ, but I can't find any legit ones online. Do the really make one for the 05-08 model or am I better off just putting a K&N filter. I do mostly city driving in the RL ( third car is an Explorer ) and am averaging 12.5 mph, trying to bump that up which ever way possible.

No CAIs actually designed for the RL. Most people use TL intakes.. or custom bends. But yeah don't expect any significant mpg increase.

K&N filter's arent that great. Stick with OEM

a more legit way to improve MPG's would be to lighten up the RL. remove any unwanted things(junk) from the trunk
unfortunately, the RL is a fat little piggy...and fuel economy in the city suffers

Or better yet, since a properly-running RL does much better than that, change the air filter for another stock one or a drop in K&N if you choose, swap out the primary O2 sensors, balance tire pressures, and clean your airflow metering. Address the parts that control fuel mixture and try to get the car back where it should be in terms of mpg.
