Does anyone if you can drop down a size for a 2017 RDX from the standard 235/60R18 for winter tires?

Yes, both of mine are 17" tires. In fact a 17" is recommended.

I installed a set of Continental - WinterContact SI - 235 / 65 R 17 108T Extra Load M+S which works out to the same overall diameter.

Stock wheel specifications should you want winter rims are: 7.5J x 18, ET45, 5 x 114.3 mm (4.5 inches), Center Bore: 64.1 mm.
