my dad works for honda(he's been there 20 years ) and I worked at Honda for 6 months but I worked on the line that made the CL motor(which is Line 2) (V-6 LINE) I don't remember them every putting Forged in any motors. I inspected the pistons a few times. I don't want to scare you guys but the place that makes you guys and all Honda's piston their dumber than a doorknob. cause I was SUPER SUPER strict on quality when I inspected(cause If i was buying a car that cost maybe 35 grand it better drive, run and everything like a dream) they send pistons that were "pitted", they send pistons that only had one cut for the rings(when they need 2 cuts) and I'd say send em back guys were not taking 2nd rate parts. Then CAPT(who makes the piston) sent someone to talk to me cause I kept on sending back(in my opinion was trash pistons) he said why do you keep sending back these good pistons. I picked up one of their bad pistons I said does this look good to you. (it was pitted) I said how would you feel if lets say you bought a 35 grand new RL and it ran like crap you take it to the dealer and they said they gotta tear down the motor and your without a car for a week. He said oh i thought they could fix it in a a hour or 2. (these guys had no car knowledge) I said no to get to the piston is a good days work.

Happy CL-S Pilot
I am interested in some Ultra light weight JE pistons with corwn coating and low friction side wall coated too...
However, I did not start this project yet...
