New stock alternator or HO ebay alternator?

Yup, so i just had my alt and battery checked. Yup both dead. So i was trying to decide between a new stock one from

http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/

or just get a H.O. one from ebay like so

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33573

What do you guys think? Have any other suggestions?

btw i'm trying to save money on this

What year is your CL? That ebay model won't work on a 2nd Gen.

I don't think you can get a HO one for a 2nd gen. At least I never saw one.

it's an 01'...

I'm thinking about just getting one from autozone, i just want to make sure that it will have enough power. I'm running a small system, a 4x100 jbl amp, running a 100 to each component up front and bridging the back two channels to the sub. I know its not much power but i just want to know how big of an alternator i need.

yeah that was the wrong one, this one would work though http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

only problem is, that it's way out of my price range

so now i'm deciding between a stock one, one from autozone or just rewinding it

That's about right. My 200amp for my Explorer ran $300 with shipping. You might need to upgrade your cables coming from the alt to lower gauge. I had to on the Explorer.
You should really be ok on the stock 120amp one.
