The issue with those throttle bodies is the IACV (idle air control valve not Ivac) needs air before and after the throttle plate. So you need to figure that out. I thought some TB spacers had a threaded hole for just that.

The hole looks like its on the side of the spacer shouldn't it be facing upwards?
Code is for iacv. So he's trying to get the iacv to work with the bigger tb and intake. The runners and manifold is also ported and I have an mdx spacer too. He's trying to run the coolant thru the throttle body.
