My neighbor's think Im a nutcase. (washed car)
Well after coming home from work, I decided to wash my car and wax it. well I started when it was pretty early but finished up when it was dark. When I was doing the soaping and applied the wax it was still pretty light out side. Well I took my time eating and when i got it it started to get dark. I quickly got almost all the wax buffed out and only had the rear and my rims left. But it was now getting dark. So i went in side got my digi cam and my off candle. w/ the off candle i lighting my way i buffed the rest of the car out and waxed the rims. heres some pics...
and a pic of my off candle and my waxed rims.
Oh if you already dont' WAX your rims, you should make it sooo much easier to clean and keep looking clean. brake dust just comes right off.

I wash and wax my car about once or twice a week. I usually end up finishing in the dark. My neighbors think I'm nuts too. I wash whether its going to rain or not. The wax just makes it easier to clean the next day.

A nut case is when its -5 outside in the winter, snow on the ground, first run the snowthrower to clear a large enough area (don't want the wind to blow snow back on my soon to be clean CL-S!!
I ran the hose from the kitchen sink, across the living room, out the front window to the car to get hot water, wear rubber gloves so hands don't freeze, and dry the car off with the trusty 240mph leaf blower.
This year I have a cali water blade, so I may be able to leave the leaf blower in the garage
