See about getting your tires checked because chances are that vibration is gonna be from the wheels not the suspensioin.

You also might have a bubble in one of your tires that your not noticing, thats very common.

As appose to the check engine light, not sure, but how many miles do you have on it?

hey man:

Weren't you putting on new rotors when your car fell?

Could be the rotors that are warped. it would not be the first time I have heard of brand new warped rotors.

Get the code checked out at your local shop. The rotors could explain the vibration and the error code would identify the engine light issue. Could be a coincident. When it rains, it pours.

Well, whatever you do, don't ever mod a car again. Acutally, with that mentality, you might be better off with a bicycle.

if the rotor/hub assembly hit the pavement when the car fell off the jack, you might have bent or otherwise damaged the hub. that would certainly cause a vibration at speed.

I'd have the hub and rotor checked for trueness and the car aligned before giving up.

as far as the check engine light is concerned, that could be something as simple as a loose gas cap, so have the codes read before assuming the worst.

well check engine light is code P0740 and P0700 (automatic transmission failure and TC clutch failure) i have 105k on it, and i was unsuccessful in changing the rotors. i dont want it to be like the control arm and crap cuz that will just cost me a leg and arm, as well as a wheel hub. it physically fell on the rotor 2 times. the transmission is a GREAT reason to get rid of the car and get an 03 CLS6 or 04TL. if there are auto shops in chicagoland area that will hook me up. cuz in total if its wheel hub its going to cost me around 300 plus tranny 3500. to much id rather sell it for 8 and save and get a new CLS 03 OR TLS im REALLY leaning towards TLS or maybe just a 04 Ex V6, i really really really want the 03 CLS6 In black its so beautiful, dont get me wrong the CL have a CEO who unleashed the lead foot foot kinda look its so sophisticated regular people think its not that great. because its got curves. If acura replaces my tranny il fix the rest still i will sell it and buy an 03 CLS Black. Plus i get HORRIBLE gas mileage 200-215 a tank. mostly city. I did EVERYTHING on the eclipse never hurt it. so i dont plan on touching the acura, plus i want a warranty.

oops sorry about your fender. i think it just bent up a little and thats why you see that spaceing difference. there is no possible way for hub rotor or enything else to brake (except your bumper) from less than foot height. those rotors you got just needded remachining and thats why you feel that wobble.

check engine might be just from tranny falling apart - coincidence? clutch codes frequently pair up with check engine as engine and tranny has same ecm. you get vsa light also?

yes THE FIRST TIME the VSA and the Check engine light comes on, the technician said tC is working normally but the code is intermitten so is it really that my tranny is going bad? even if acura pays for the tranny and i pay labor im cool with it.

vsa along with check engine light is common for transmission failure as when cluthes slip vsa thinks you are in a skid, so thats just coincidence that those codes appeared after u dropped your car.looks like your tranny is about to die

Not to burst your fantasy world bubble. But if you think you are going to get 8G's for that busted up car with 105K miles, you must also think it rains naked woman with big ole titties.

when proportion of rpms and speed is out of range for ecm at certain gear u will receive intermittent check engine and vsa, thats caused by clytch slippage or when gears overleap each other between switches - that screws up trany fast, very fast. I am not saying your tranny is bad, its running, but if you can squezzzze stealership to get you a new one, do it NOW!
