I'm hoping someone can help me on this issue. I have a 2001 Acura CL Premium and i Hurst replaced my headlight bulbs for ones that are brighter than what comes stock and I'm having an issue with the passenger side low beam. When i turn the on after 30-45 seconds the passenger side goes out and stays out. If i turn the lights off then back on it comes back on but again 30-45 seconds and it's out again. I've put the old bulbs back in and it's fine. I've researched this issue some say it's the bulb some say it's the ballast. I put in 6000k super bright voltage is 8-48 volts my car calls for 35 volts. Is my car not able to handle these bulbs need i stick to the stock? And info would be great as this is driving me insane

Sounds like the ballast is going out. You can try putting the original bulbs back in and see if it still occurs but those should work just fine. Many have spliced in aftermarket ballasts as the factory ones are expensive to replace.

don't use bulbs.

Thanks for the help thankfully it wasn't the bulbs or ballast it was the installer lol. I didn't have the connector on the bulb and the way I connected it properly and there's no issue.
