Grey/white exhaust smoke
valve adjustment?? Bad piston rings??? When i leave my car on for a while and dont move it and accelerate it ..it will slowly start to smoke grey white ish smoke or when I come to a stop for 3 min then take off does a bit of smoke come out ..rarely ...i have added a oil catch can and that helped a little?? Any soloutions!!

Unlikely related to valve adjustment! From your symptom description, more likely related to a valve guide seal problem. The 2G TL engine, if indeed, that's what you have, is pretty bullet proof, unless, it's been overheated, at some point. It might be a good idea to check the PCV valve, for proper operation. A quick search, here, will explain how to do it. How do the plugs look? How much oil is it using. My 03 TLS, with 239K, uses less than a pint, in 5K miles.
