Cars we can hang with???
hey guys, i am a '03 6 spd newbie and i am just wondering what cars (stock vs. stock) we can run with..not smoke but at the same time not get smoked..you know the kind of race where driver skill comes into play...my previous car, S2000, required some driver skill to race certain cars like older generation M3's in order to run with them..any experiences??? thanks

A mag-racer would say:
C&D: CL-S 6 spd (stock)
0-60 5.9 sec
1/4 miles 14.6 sec
If you get better tires you can probably hit that mark now and then. Stock tires on the 6-spd definitely hurt its times (as with the auto).
I guess that lets you 'hang' with most of Nissan's 3.5 engines, the 330 cars, Mustang GT's, etc. These are all stock, of course. Basically, driven well, you don't have to fear a bad beating from most of the cars on the road.
