Car sputtering after addinTg A/C coolant
2004 Toyota Camry XLE:
The A/C was getting hot so I added r-134a while the engine was on.
Now on idle rpm fluctuates between 0.5 and 0.7 with a sputtering sound every 15-20 seconds with A/C on.
I'm taking it in to a mechanic tomorrow but what I need to know:
Is it safe to drive <10 miles to drop it off or do I have to get it towed?
Also what would have caused this (I didn't flush system either) and how much would this fix cost?
