I found the post on how to do it, but what's the correct height it should be? The search function is disabled now. I thought I saw a post that tells you how far back you should be from a wall and how hight the light should shine. I can't find the post and I'm not sure if it was from here or a-tl.com. Can any one post the link or find the thread? Thanks
